Any binding scope, price, delivery obligation, quality responsibility, intellectual-property ownership, exclusivity, warranty or liability term must be set out in a separate written agreement between the relevant parties.

Do not submit third-party confidential information unless you are authorized to do so. Proprietary structures, routes and documents should be shared only under an appropriate confidentiality framework and secure information-transfer process.
